Once an invoice has been confirmed and sent from Tockly, you can upload its customer details, invoice number, dates, individual lines, quantities, prices, tax and original invoice PDF to Xero as an authorised sales invoice ready for reconciliation.

After syncing, Tockly organises outstanding invoices for follow-up. When Xero reports an imported invoice as paid, reminders for that invoice stop.
